Current Payment Job – Senior JAVA Developer (m/f/d)

  • Work experience (senior)

The tasks as a Senior JAVA Developer at the payment service provider QENTA

  • Design and realization of payment solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Implementation of user stories and features in applications of the QENTA payment stacks
  • Testing and review of code changes by team members
  • Development and maintenance of unit, integration and system tests
  • Supervision of creation and maintenance of developer documentation
  • Assistance of support teams and processing 3rd level support tickets

Your profile in the role of Senior JAVA Developer

  • Willingness to learn, ability to take individual initiative, communication skills and ability to workin a team.
  • Structured way of problem solving and good self-organization.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Completed technical qualification in information technology (Higher Technical Institute (HTL),University of Applied Sciences (FH), or Technical University (TU)).
  • Interest in new systems and technologies, keen perception and ability to adapt to changing technologies

Must-haves

  • More than 3 years of professional experience in development of Enterprise applications with Spring Framework, JUnit

Nice to have

  • Experience in the following technologies and protocols is an advantage: Tomcat, PHP5, Mysql, Apache Camel, SonarQube, Selenium, JPA, HTML/CSS, JS/JQuery
    Expertise in integration of online payment systems is an advantage
    Experience in agile software processes and methods (Scrum)
    With appropriate experience or development in the company, it is possible to take over the professional and disciplinary management of a team in an agile environment.
